• Due to the Governor's Emergency Declaration and closure of schools due to COVID19, the District will be conducting School Board Meetings virtually during this time.  Community members who wish to participate in the July 29, 2020 Special Meeting, may visit this page on July 29, 2020, and click the link below to join the meeting.

    Prior to the meeting starting, you may see a message indicating that the live event has not started.  We anticipate that the stream will go live at 6:45 PM.  The Special Meeting will begin at 7:00 PM.

    A phone number will be provided just before the Speakers on Voting Items portion of the meeting to enable community members to call in and make public comment.  The Board President will make an announcement when the time is appropriate for community members to call in.  The same process will take place at the end of the meeting during the Speakers on Any Topic section.   

    Speakers are requested to reserve time in advance.  Speakers will be called in the order requests are received and advance requests will receive up to five minutes to speak.  After the speakers that made advance requests have spoken, the floor will be open to any resident who wishes to speak for up to two minutes.

    To register to speak, please email the Board Secretary, Kelly Caldwell at kcaldwell@cyntor.com.  It will be necessary to give a topic and to be a resident of the District.  When called upon to speak, individuals will be asked to provide their name and home address.
